Yoga as a senior

I started doing yoga about 4 years ago to relieve pain from fibromyalgia.
I decided that since I don't have a teacher I needed to check form in some poses so I set a camera up.
These aren't perfect - much still to learn;  but I like the side-effects I got from yoga - a much stronger body - and some pain relief even if only temporary.  In my late 50's, I hope to be able to continue until I get REAL old!
